Do I Need Extractor Fans

Status Report (temporary peace)

DAY 15: EVACUATION

After today's race (about 7 km), I took a good enough distance to get away for a few hours of hellish screams behind my back. I take it to introduce this little radio spot and q hold one day I meet over Ecuador's my goal, and a progression q q I admit I did not expect to get, given my aerobic pitiful state at the beginning of the disaster. And q q must be the survival instinct that goes a long x)

Especially today I would like to hold q q I have felt that veterans in this call "runner's high", q I can now say for certain q is a great feeling. Since the start of the race the temperature was 23 degrees beautifully (the final term lucky number tattooed x) q presaged the excellent conditions of body temperature. But I do not know if it was this or the music of "Paradise Lost" from "Symphony X" had been at full speed q, q temazo when he was in "The Sacrifice" (and see q and had a few great songs streamed x) I suddenly felt a sense of mental intoxication and body-q nothing seemed impossible, at any distance q seemed distant, and q did not abandon me throughout the rest of the race. From then something very similar (aunq from other reasons) at certain times q I have lived in those few days of special luck in practice q aiki aikido with an "above normal" x)

Well, that, with good sense of just this (for tomorrow you never know what can happen q), I silently thanked dismissal in this endorphin, q from time when no is not bad. Until next
